This workshop will have a focus on the many aspects of portrait photography. From learning the best setting for portraits, to posing your model and capturing candid movements. Post processing also plays a huge part in portrait photography. This is where colour co-ordination and grading comes in. We will cover many tools and techniques in the editing workshop.
10am: Meet and discuss camera settings and location, outfit and colour coordination
10:30 am: First Location - Botanic Gardens
12 pm: Second Location - Otago University
2pm: Third Location - Dunedin Railway Station
4pm: Editing Workshop at OUSA (2 hrs)
Who is this Workshop For?
Beginners-Intermediate Photographers. If you would like to learn how to shoot in manual mode (or how to make the most out of your smart phone) and how to post process your photos to look more professional - this workshop is for you! As we are a small group, there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions and work closely with each other and myself.
